Korbond's Tradeshow Success

Craft Hobby and Stitch International 2012

19th – 21st February 2012 was the 37th year of the Craft, Hobby & Stitch International Tradeshow, where Korbond were proud to be exhibiting for the fourth year.

The atmosphere and overall buzz of this year’s show highlighted the excitement of visitors and exhibitors alike, with what felt like one of the busiest years yet.

The Korbond stand took on a whole new look this year, showcasing how our products can be used to complete crafting, mending or alteration projects. Utilising Korbond haberdashery products, the Korbond team displayed handmade items such as stuffed Scotty Dogs, hanging sweet heart, hand sewn rabbit and a variety of colourful corsages. We were thrilled with the enthusiastic response from retailers.

Both the new Knitting Range and Beading Needles proved to be a tremendous success, receiving lots of excitement and interest from retailers of all kinds.

This year also saw the return of the good old faithful Korbond bags, refreshed with a new design. The very handy bag was offered to all visitors on arrival and it was lovely to see that nearly every person roaming the show was showcasing our new bag.

To add to the action packed event we also announced the launch of our revamped website. The new site and in particular the Sewing Solutions section was presented at the show, reinforcing the focus if Korbond on the importance of informing and supporting our consumers.

Overall this year’s show was a fantastic success. We would like to thank everyone that came to visit us, the NEC and ICHF for once again outing on a brilliant and well organised show, and everyone that proudly carried Korbond bags around all day.
