Grand opening of Korbond’s First Sewing Studio on Sew Saturday!

Korbond Industries

Korbond Group are proud and excited to announce the unveiling of their very own Korbond Sewing Studio which will be located at Inkberrow Design Centre in Redditch. The official launch date will coincide with Sew Saturday on 15th October and here are the top 5 reasons you should join us. Throughout the day you will:
1. Find out the interesting story behind the ‘Old Needleworks’ and learn why the Korbond Sewing Studio is located at the heart of the old English needle manufacturing.
2. It’s an opportunity to meet and chat to local crafters showcasing their talents as in house sewing experts to explore the full array of craft workshops at Inkberrow Design Centre.
3. You will receive professional hands on advice on current crafty projects and also receive some taster sessions. There will be something for everyone!
4. Be part of a fabulous community celebration with lots of fun activities. There will also be live music, food and refreshments available.
5. Finally, curb that curiosity and find out what the brand new Korbond Sewing Studio looks like!

This is the only Sew Saturday event which will have Jenniffer Taylor from the BBC Sewing Bee and Bex Farr from Channel 4’s Superscrimpers! Come and see them go head to head in their big Wardrobe War competition and see the fabulous creations made on the day showcased on the fashion catwalk.

The event starts at 3pm and it free to attend. Use the hashtag #KorbondSewStudio on social media to have a chance of your photos and comments posted on the Korbond feeds!
